{"id":813,"date":"2020-03-12T10:53:23","date_gmt":"2020-03-12T10:53:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/callsforpapers.ihbc.org.uk\/?p=813"},"modified":"2020-03-12T10:53:24","modified_gmt":"2020-03-12T10:53:24","slug":"rsua-conservation-diploma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/callsforpapers.ihbc.org.uk\/?p=813","title":{"rendered":"RSUA Conservation Diploma"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Successful graduates from the RSUA Conservation Course are\neligible to undertake the RSUA Conservation Diploma, and applications are now\nopen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The RSUA Conservation Diploma is research-based and involves\nthe writing of a dissertation of around 20,000 words drawing on both original\nresearch and documented sources. &nbsp;While historical subjects are eligible,\ncandidates should note that practice-oriented dissertations are more likely to\ncontribute towards accreditation by the RIBA and RIAI. &nbsp;Examiners have\nbeen selected for their conservation expertise from across these islands.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Speaker Info<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanja Poppelreuter is a lecturer in Architectural History\nand Theory at the School of the Built Environment at Salford University. After\nbeing awarded a PhD in Art History from Goethe University in Frankfurt\/Main,\nGermany she worked at the Department of Art History and at the School of\nArchitecture at Auckland University, New Zealand.
